I currently race mostly sprint tris with rolf vector pros on a kestral talon. I'm not super fast on a bike but usually do pretty good in my age group. would it be to my advantage to invest in a disc wheel? I have read some good articles on the Renn disc.

A disc gives a good time saving. The slower you are the more you actually save. Explaine here http://home.hia.no/~stephens/aero.htm
