Did you see that SNL out take where Ben Afleck was playing Carville? Hilarious! Here was the quote when whoever was playing Kerry asked him if he came to congratulate him on his debate performance:

Not that I know of... I actually caught the end of "Crossfire" last night and they played that clip (obviously, because Carville is a host).

 Bill Maher is niether funny nor smart. He is a dull lump of nothing that needs to die. If he wants to commit suicide I will buy the gun and bullet. If he can't do it because of insurance reasons I will pull the trigger than rape his dead body. It would be the same as raping his live body because there is no diffrence. He just reads the Democratic talking points word for word and lets no logic shine through.

Same thing for Al Frankin. Other then those two shit piles the left is more funny.

I have to admit, I find him a bit annoying... However, Fox is even more annoying for trying to sue him for using "Fair and Balanced"... Lame. And all they did is help him sell books.

I'm with V-Man on this. It seems to me that the Left, unless they're poking fun at Republican incumbents, has been totally devoid of any meaningful self-deprecating humor for some time.

I'm just weary of angry social commentary couched in such a way as to demonstrate the so-called comedian's sense of ironic detachment and hatred of anything in the center or center-right (the hard right, or the "Pat Buchanan Wing", brings a lot of their troubles on themselves ;-)
