Apparently the only change between the model years is the seatpost which is now made of carbon. No one seems to have seen one on a P3 yet though, so I guess that for the time being, there is no change.

I would like to try one of those new seat posts though.

That's what I've been hearing. I also heard that if you're buying a P3 now, the new re-designed seatpost will be sent, no charge, when they do become available.

this is what I've been told from my LBS, this board, and cervelo itself. I'm still a little skeptical that my LBS will know who to call, and won't just leave the thing sitting around forever.
