We are taking pre-orders now for the new 2005 RS4X splined model for Oct 15th delivery, which is a RS4 with a few refinements that did not make it into the original 2004 model, such as weight reduction, machining, better seals and bearings. This is a very nice smooth and stiff system, however performance-wise is it on par with our 2004 model. The weight reduction, splined spindle, machining and bearing/seal improvements were refinements requested by our racing team.
