hey there anyone have Shimano America's email or Zipps email address? I dont see it on their website. And dont tell me to use the phone.

Try sales@zipp.com for an e-mail address. That is the last e-mail address I used somewhere of late July 2002/early August 2002

I can't tell you about Shimano, but Zipp definitely is a lot better on the phone than they are on the e mail.
