Just wondering. I was thinking of getting one to add to my routine and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations. I'm looking for something I can do at home, for sure. We have a set of 10 lb dumbells, one of those large balls for like pilates or something, and I'd be willing to maybe buy 1-2 other things, like a foam roller or something.
Any ideas?
