Hi all-
I'm just getting into this whole triathlon thing as I get bored with just running (even though I'm currently training for a half marathon Memorial Day weekend). I'm looking for some training advice to help put together a training schedule for myself. I mostly need help with the bike and swim stuff as I work with a guy that's a marathoner (9th place at Virginia Beach Shamrock Marathon this past weekend) and he put together my training schedule for my half. Does anyone have any advice or know a good place I can find some training schedules? I like to push myself pretty hard and definitely don't want to finish last even though it will be my first event! I'm looking to do the Pumpkinman Triathlon in Vegas in October (sprint).
