Starting my run leg
I was a little disappointed with my transition into the run. My HR was up/ok (174 ish), my breathing seemed a tad too fast and I felt like I lacked significant power in my legs.

However as the run progressed I felt more and more come into a rythm and develop more power.
Hmmm.... If I could just afford those PCs? (judging by KTALONS report).

One recommendation that I find will make your transition to run better is to do short interval running on the track. I've found that short 200 and 400m intervals get your heart rate up quickly and since you run them so much faster than your race pace the transition to run feels easy.

mix bricks with 800 meter intervlas. take your bike and a turbo trainer to the track and do your rest interval on the bike. keep the rpm around 100 and the gears light.
