NEVER go with the verge women's chamois bibs, as the chamois is just terrible compared to the mens/ unisex. I do the ordering of the kits for my collegiate team, and we have voted never to buy the women's bibs again. The mens ones are great. I only where bibs when riding (so I don't get that terrible back burn if my jersey rides up...) and most of my bibs are the voler ones...great chamois, not too bulky, but comfortable enough for 100+ mile rides.

I understand why many men prefer bib shorts ... no binding waistband, etc., and some girls swear by them. But I'm just not sold on the idea for the sole reason that women's bib shorts would make jumping in the bushes for a quick bathroom break really inconvenient.
