The top 2 riders are both riding with sti levers on their bullhorns.
Just thought i would point this out after all the debate about it.

He's probably riding at about 74 degrees. The rules state that the tip of the saddle has to be 5 mm behind the BB so Tyler can't ride the P3 at 78 degrees as would most tri-geeks. I notice that some of the pros ride "steep" at the tip of the saddle while others don't.

Yup, he's steep. If his elbows are on the pads, he's got to be riding a "virtual" 78 or so. Not too comfortable sitting with the saddle tip up your butt, though. UCI is stupid.

Yes but look at the bullhorns, they are very turned up, almost like half of a drop bar so the sti's are in the same position with the same curvature of the bar as drops. You shouldn't put sti's on flat bullhorns.
