Looking for suggestions for maintaining training while traveling. Look's like I'll be spending 3 out of 4 weeks a month for the next 2-4 months in Houston (live in Chicago).
I have access to a gym with weights, bike, treadmill and can do outdoor runs. Haven't had any luck finding a pool. I also had been making some good progress on my trainer at home that I just don't feel I can get on the gym's bikes (brining the bike with me is not an option).
Any advice from some road warrior triathletes out there?
