I've heard nothing but good things from anyone who has dealt with them.

I've done business with Hed products from day 1. They are 100% upstanding people. Their new products are better than ever. The handlebars are fantastic, IMHO the best there are. Steve and Anne genuinely care about their customers and deliver on their commitments. Good people. Good equipment.

There may be companies that have as good a customer service policy as HED, but, I've never seen anyone that could surpass HED. They were absolutely great to me when I had a problem with one of their very early versions of their Alps wheel. Truly one of the best companies for the sport of bicycling.
