goal for this week is to reel it back in. One thing making this hard is I can't swim (because I overdid that).
I. Will. Learn. To. Not. Overexercise. I can do this. I am proud of myself for taking a day off today - I want and need a break and I am enjoying it.
healthy coping skills last week was 6/7, goal is 7/7 this week.
