I am doing ok! Pretty tired after a busy week at work and personally last week. I am not excited that it is Monday.
27,000 m ish swim last week in six swims
3:14 stairmaster in two sessions
1 mi incline walk
Some weights most days

Day 18 in a row of healthy coping skills yesterday!

I hadn’t run for four weeks so I ran this morning to see how things felt and everything was fine. Now to be patient and ease into it :)

Goals this week: don’t do anything dumb (have used up current dumb thing as went too far for a first run back), journal every day, add to healthy coping streak

Good job!

I had 7 hours of my VR exercise and 75 minutes of Iyengar yoga. But...I now need to get back to s/b/r training. I went to the local tri expo yesterday and I won an entry into a race. So I guess I'd better get training! It's not until August and is Olympic distance. I went to the pool today and swam, so training has begun.

Thanks. I did an aquabike in 2018. I may do the AB again. We'll see how my knee takes walk/jogging.

That’s pretty exciting, and you have a nice amount of time to prepare. Do you have any interest in a women’s training camp in between now and the race?

That would be up to Monty. Summer gets pretty hot there.
