I have one but am in Australia so had been going to sell it locally. Where are you based? I could potentially post it if you can't get one locally but obviously it would add to the cost.

Australia Post estimate is $24 to send to the US for standard basic shipping, i.e. without extras like insurance and signature on delivery. So long as you're happy with that, say $50 for the stem would make it about $75 AUD or about $58 USD. Let me know. Cheers

See attached image. I only used it for a few weeks before changing to a longer stem so it's in very good condition other than marks from install.
