I am riding a Cobb 55 JOF and I have narrow sit bones, and was thinking of trying something similar but narrower. Any recommendations? Also, for those of you have tried mid foot cleat placement did you notice the difference right away? I have been thinking of trying it for a few years and I think I will take the plunge (the recent post inspired me). Have any of you used either on Speedplay or Garmin Vector 3?
