Suggs and Reccos Road/Gravel Saddle.

Looking for a new road/ gravel bike saddle. Going on my S-Works Crux.

I currently use a Cobb 55 on my TT bike. Started with a Fizik Tritone, but the Cobb was far and away more comfortable for me.

Might do a little racing, but I am mostly riding long to train, 25-200 miles. I used a Cobb Plus previously. It was ok, but not perfect. Most comfortable saddle I have ridden was the Selle Anitomica, but doesn't really go with this type of bike.

Thanks for the help.

I use a Selle SMP Blaster on my CX/gravel bike. Narrow with minimal padding.
Selle SMP Composit for my road bike. Same width as Blaster with no padding.
Both are amazing.
However, SMP's have to be chosen for width and flare that suits your butt.

x2 on Fabric.. I have them on my road and tri bikes, and have a Charge Spoon (Charge became Fabric, I believe?) on my gravel bike.

Thanks for the help. There are several I had not looked at. Was originally leaning to a specialized or Cobb saddle. I will have to check these out.

Any long-term feedback on the randee for gravel? I'm building up a gravel bike and am almost done, but need a saddle! I've had good luck with the v flow plus on the road bike.

I'd like to hear too.
I'm using a Cobb Max on both road bike and my full susser MTB. But useful to hear of what alternatives may be out there that suit those who like the Cobb saddles.

I'm building a gravel bike and the only thing left to order is the saddle. I've asked my bike fitter some advice, since he sees a lot of persons/saddles and he knows the ones that most people like. He recommended the Bontrager Aeolus and the Fizik Argo, both are short-nosed, but I have those in all my bikes, Fizik Mistica on my tri bike, and ISM Attack on my road bike.

I'll probably going to give Aeolus a try, and since Trek has a 30-day refund period even after using it, it's worth to try. On my internet search, I also saw a lot of good reviews on the Fabric saddles.

Specialized Power Elaston is currently on my Aspero.
Regular Specialized Powers on my other bikes.

The increased cushion is nice.

Specialized Phenom. Have on both my gravel and MTB bikes. One of my favorite saddles ever.

I run a Cobb SHC on my MTB and will be trying one on my gravel this week. Currently I have a Cobb V Flow Plus on my gravel bike. The SHC is a favorite in my extended household.

Fabric scoop elite shallow on my gravel and road bikes. They just seem to work well for me. Considering getting a fabri saddle for tri bike too.

+2 on the Cobb SHC. Most. Comfortable. Saddle. Ever. The JCob Delta S is supposed to be similar.
