Hey everybody, I'm looking for some advice on shoes for one the of Otillo Swim Run events. What do most people wear? Thanks in advance!!

I use a pair of Inov-8 Talon shoes, which work well.

Same here the Inov-8 Talon 200 are great for SwimRuns.

Did the Breca Bay of Islands last year for a first event. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Made a change from triathlon.

I used Merrell - All Out Crush's. Decent grip, light, drain well.

I didn't want to go down the "barefoot" route that everyone else seems to, they worked really well and were comfortable for the Isles of Scilly Sprint race, Ill be using them again next year when I do it again.
