Yep no fully understood from your side and what the intentions are, it certainly looks clean and you've done/doing a great job with it!

I was just curious if anyone had tested it themselves and had some actual numbers to put to it.

Quick question - anyone know what length cranks come on a size 54 P5d? Trying to figure out what components (if any) I'll need to swap out at time of purchase. I'm assuming they're 52/36?

I thought the original P5 Disc Armrest and pads were slippy too...and did not feel rock solid in them. So I have changed them to the Profile Design Race Armrest Kit....feels much better, and no moving around.

What bike bag you recommend to travel with this bike?
Thru axle plus very delicate cockpit is not a good combo

There is really nothing delicate about this cockpit. It is one of the easiest bikes to travel with.
Just unplug the di2 wire, pull out the whole cockpit, release the base bar pinch bolts and the rest of the bike of course. But the front end is super easy. I use the Helium from Bikend

I use Bikend also. Traveled with it many times with no issue.

Going to build one of these up with SRAM AXS and S900 brake levers. Anyone running AXS/Etap share how they fitted the blips to base bar and ran the cabling?
Any thoughts appreciated.

If you go page 23 of the link below it shows the suggested routing for ETAP. Im not sure it's the way I'd route it (and others will probably chime in with more help) but it will certainly work.

If the link doesn't work, simply google '2019 Cervelo P5 Retailler Manual'. It is actually quite useful and also shows the installation of the P3x components for anyone interested.

Thanks Polo.

Yes, blip box under the extensions doesn't seem good from either aesthetic or aero perspective.

Will need to get creative ;-)

Wow Yann . . . these look great!

FYI to all, I have one of Yann's original speedboxes for my P5 that I have been using for a while and it is great. Yann's work is really superb and he is VERY easy to work with. His responsiveness is really appreciated!

Thanks David

I’m needing to work on rear and bottom bracket box for the 51 cm frame. Anyone in the San Francisco Bay Area have one I could measure? Also looking for a 58 to measure.

Thanks

Yann

I am not the biggest fan of the stock water bottle, do you think there would be an aero penalty to switch it to the Elite Crono cx?

The Cervelo bottle is terrible but the Elite Chrono isn’t exactly a great bottle either. It may be aero, but fairly slippery to hold and the spout is poor.
