has anybody tried to use it to replace the riser/stack hardware on a felt IA?

I believe the bolt holes are 15mm apart for Felt.
Why not use washers instead?

where do you put the washers? and do you use the same screw lengths or one longer than the other?

Eric is right...bolt holes don’t line up. I emailed nick about this a while back and he said it wouldn’t work. He has been very upfront about what tr products will and work for my ia I the past and when he said it wouldn’t mix I took him at his word. I can’t believe felt hasn’t created any tilt options as an add on for the ia.
