Hey guys, I have my first ever Olympic Tri in just over 4 weeks and unfortunately my training was interrupted about 5 weeks ago with a knee injury. I did however manage to swim 4-5 times per week while I was injured but no biking or running.
I am getting back to some cycling and running this week and I am trying to stick to some sort of structured program over the next 4 weeks to get me ready for the race. I am not expecting this to my my best effort race since I was injured and all, but it’s my first Tri I just want to be able to finish it without any problems.
Has anybody found any good 4 week training guides for the Olympic distance?
