In Hawaii about half the surfer and biker cars use Wet Okole brand. It is like a wetsuit material that don't mind wet and salt or dogs at all.
When I bought my bike hauler back in 2013 I wanted to get black interior, but was not able without special order. I went with Wet Okole because I had them on previous car and loved them. The reason like the OP was sweat, but also riding in the rain you may have to jump in completely dirty head to toe and the potential for bike grease at times that my transfer to the seats. I thought about cheaper options, but like how these feel and look. Even with hot southern temps and black they are never hot IMO. (I do have a very good UV tint on all windows so that may help)
Wet Okole are not cheap, but I typically own cars for 10+ years so I will get my use out of them. If I were leasing or only keeping the car for a few years I would use something more temporary and cheaper of course.
