Wondering if anyone else has sleep issues similar to mine and has a magic bullet I can't seem to find. I'm having a hard time STAYING asleep. I've eliminated or limited caffeine intake,and follow the simple well known tips to help with sleep but nothing is working. I'm certain it hormonal. I also think I have restless leg syndrome but it's not a daily issue. Pretty much every night I'm up for an hour or so wandering aimlessly around the house knowing that alarm is going off at 4:30 whether it like it or not. I NEED the rest ramping up for an Ironman so that stresses me out even more laying there in the dark wasting quality sleep time. It's getting to the point where I dread going to sleep at night wondering/praying I can sleep through the entire night.
