i work a weird schedule... i work 14 days at work (12 hour shifts) on a remote location away from home then 14 days at home.

my first week at work is nights then swap over to days.

at work i typically can get in at the most a couple of hours for training / exercise per day, i try to work out 6 days a week.

at home it’s about the same due to life obligations.

i probably end up netting around 10-12 hours a week on a good week.

On my current schedule I work two weeks in / two weeks out type schedule as well. I fly up to work on an 8 hour shift and can train up to 3 hours this day. Then I work 6x10 hour night shifts. I have one day off and then 6x10 hour day shifts. Then fly home the next day. On the 10 hour shifts max I can handle is 3 hours since I try to get a minimum of 9-10 hours sleep. On the two weeks out I can handle as much training as the coach throws at me. Currently training for IM #5&6 for 2019 and right now I'm at ~14 hours per week and building.

2019 = #5 IM Canada / #6 IM Florida 2020 = #7 IM St. George / #8 IM Louisville
