The breathing technique alone is worth it's weight in air.

she was offering a video on how to do free style without getting tired. That, I guess is different than doing freestyle well.

Who knew you have to slice through the water with your hands?

There is definitely good stuff out there but there is so much bad stuff out there

I really wonder if she came up with this herself. I guess actually a catch and pull is just too tiring

This was the swimming version of Prancercise, only less peppy.

She is a huge proponent of EVS, the Early Vertical Slice. No wonder I was never a word class swimmer.

My plan has worked better than expected [evil laughter]

does anybody notice teh difference whne she is explaining the "slice" technique vs what she does when she is swiming. Explainig:"slicing" the entire time the arm is moving under water
swiming: enters the waterin the"slice" form but after some minimal movemente inside water she change the shape and orientation of the hand
