Hello Tom_hampton and All,

One time I was flying cargo from Asia to US that was in pallet sized heavy cardboard boxes filled with vacuum shrink packed clothes.

A corner of a box got damaged and the clothes oozed out like they were liquid and there was no getting them back in.

Might be a useful tech for transporting clothing to races .... you could get a whole closet full of clothes into a back pack ..... add freezed dried food and away you go.

How To Vacuum Pack Clothes

Vacuum packing clothes is a great way to create extra space and safely store away any soft toys, clothing and bedding ready for when you need them. As a family of three the children's toys and clothes take up so much room, and vacuum packing them into the loft is perfect for us!
