Brake Clearance Specialized Shiv

I am contemplating a wheel upgrade for my 2017 Specialized Shiv Elite. I am currently running wheels with an external rim width of 23mm and I am wondering whether the break clearance on the Shiv allows for an external rim width of 25mm. It appears that quite a few of the more recent wheels move to that size. I am running 25mm GP 4000 II's tires which should be fine on the slightly wider rims.

Specialized Pros were running CLX64's which are almost 30mm wide without issue

I have a 2013 Shiv OSBB with 10sp SRAM Red. For training wheels, I use Hed Belgium C+ rims on AmClassic hubs with 25c GP4000sii tires. No problems. Didn't trim the pads, either.
