Zwift training plans for 70.3
I’ve got my third (Galveston) and fourth (couer d’Alene) HIM’s this summer and want to get some solid bike training in. I’m new to zwift but have checked out some of the built in plans and they seem decent. However, nothing like a 12 week 70.3 plan. Anyone have a suggestion for an intermediate AG’er trying to get faster? Is tranerroad the solution? Pay two monthly fee’s? Or are there other options? Limited time and most (esp now) will be on the trainer. Specifically looking for a 12 week and an 8 week plan. Super structured and easy to follow. Thanks for the help.

I'm not familiar with all of Zwift's workouts/plans, but you could get a TrainingPeaks plan that has structured workouts (that's key) and just sync your TP account to Zwift and you'll be all set. At the bottom of the workouts list you'll see whatever bike workout is on tap for that day and it'll have all the prompts and whatnot. I've not tried running workouts, but I assume that would work the same way.

I have been using the TP > Zwift workout sync all this year and it's great.

I have created race specific plans for CDA and TX 70.3 in training peaks and written personalized plans based on what the athletes wants and needs.

If you want to get better at something specific, I highly recommend a personalized plan from a coach.

Canned plans are great, but they may not focus on what you want.
