Trying to find some info on adjustments to IF based on racing at sea level after training at altitude.
I can find plenty of information for going the other way around in terms of % drop you can expect in FTP if you go up to race but nothing about coming down.
I live at 1,600m and am racing (HIM / 70.3) at sea level. Currently plan on aiming for IF of 0.75 but wondering if I could increase that slightly based on reduction in altitude.
What say thee?
