Yup, that's where I learned of Pedialyte's value an electrolyte replenishment source.


I've also used Ensure (more accurately, the generic equivalent) as a post-workout recovery drink.

Pedialyte does wonders for my hangovers.

2x Deca-Ironman World Cup (10 Ironmans in 10 days), 2x Quintuple Ironman World Cup (5 Ironmans in 5 days), Ultraman, Ultra Marathoner, and I once did an Ironman.

I've been a course marshal at several PGA tournaments and they ALL use electrolyte-laced hydration. Some are even sponsored by Nuun.

But Johnson probably just has party powder, Daly has them tall boys, and Dufner just has the ol gagger of dip haha
