You’re not going to see a ton. Unless Cervelo changed it back they no longer warranty frames if they are custom painted. Cervelos warranty has always been great so I wouldn’t mess with it for a different paint job.

Check out Canyon Custom Air on facebook. A lot of motorcycle related work, but also do bikes, really cool work. When I inquired about a year ago, I -think- the more complex bike stuff was around the $1300 mark or so....

+1 on Bicycle Makeover. Custom artwork on a removable vinyl wrap that doesn't void the warranty. My Pink Floyd - themed P5x (frame + front wheel + rear disc) was about $1000 or so . They are in Yaphank, NY, not too far from New York City. Round trip insured shipping added a few hundred $ for me from Seattle.

I saw an amazing custom blue painted P5-x in Cozumel. Ridden by a Japanese athlete. Once results are up, I'm sure I would recognize his name in the finisher list.
