Here it is,
Sorry had a rainy ride and still working on new ideas for cable routing, now looks a bit worse that the original photo but you get the idea.

My new Road bike. Just a little bit special and definitely a dry riding only kind of bike!

Man, y'all have some beautiful bikes.
I'm doing some upgrades to my own bike, starting with installing a TriRig Omega X front brake. Total beginner at wrenching my own bike and am doing this for the first time - what's the best way to get a clean cable set-up like you guys have? Should I install a longer brake cable and then use electrical tape to tape it closer to the base bar?

What’s the point of the tri rig brake with that base bar?

AWESOME! Do you have any close-up photos/a description of your eTap/Alpha X routing? Considering going eTap myself but not sure how it'll look with the blip box!
Re: Let's see your ride! [wthecoyote]

I can take some pictures. Just let me know if you want some specific angles.
If you are using well placed BTA blib box will be tucked behind so not big aero penalty - if any.

Really appreciate it! The only thing keeping me from pulling the trigger on an eTap group is half-expecting them to release a BlipBox the size of the Di2 junctions; your setup looks much neater than a lot of the other eTap/Alpha rigs I've seen.
It looks like you used the adhesive mount to put the BlipBox directly on top of the stem cover, and routed the cables back straight down below the stem cover? A "POV" shot looking forward over the top tube at the back of the stem/blipbox/extensions would be the most enlightening.

On the stem cover there are holes for the BTA. I used one hole to install the BlipBox mount. I can't take off the BlipBox. To take it off I'd need to rotate the BlipBox 90 degrees which I can't do because of the extension/elbow cup hardware.

Interesting setup! Is that a modified Fuel Cell on your seat tube?

Yup!
All I did was hack off the front with a saw so it lined up with the Elite Crono. I'm still able to fit 2 tire levers, 1 CO2 cannister with chuck, multitool, and patch kit in the cell, and an inner tube inside the rubber cover.
I got inspiration from the custom D2Z storage box for the Plasma 5!

A lot of great looking bikes, and some inspiration on potential upgrades.
2010 Trek Speed Concept 7.0:
-Want to upgrade:
- aerobars and basebar. But, need a wide setup.
- Eventually replace wheels with a little more aerodynamic set

Coming out of hibernation... it's been hanging on the wall (and I've been on the sofa) for 15 years.
I signed up for the Muskoka 70.3 Du so I've got a lot of work to do!

My ride for this upcoming season. 100% customized to my specs. A lot of thought went into this bike...

Well done. Is that custom paint? No desire to ditch the FD hanger? Superb build and execution, so much so, that I would ride it. ;)

Yes, it's custom paint. And Yes, the hanger hurts my eyes too... I actually purchased the Aerocoach Affix 1X aero chain guide for this build but it arrived too late for the photoshoot (the hanger is actually welded to the frame and didn't want to ruin the possibility of 2X in the future just in case I sell it later).

What are some of the details.
Cockpit? What RD, and What was your reason to go with Flo

Running the same one on my rig for lack of a desire to shave the hanger off....yet. its worthless as a chain guide. Way too flexible.
