Tim MF Don
Tim MF Don is back and currently racing 70.3 Costa Rica! He swam front pack as usual so seems his swimming hasn't deteriorated much even if he hasn't been able to turn. He's currently 1s behind Ryan Fisher 27k into the bike. How can you not root for this guy?

Don has open up a gap of close to a minute on Ascenco and Fisher after 6.7 km's of running. Van de Wyngard has faded off the pace and now facing a +2:09 deficit to the leader

Tim MF Don!

His Specoalized training day video is legendary and shows his drive and dedication. But still, this is incredible. What a stud!

Wow. So, so pleased for him. After watching his video diary of his rehabilitation, it's incredible that he has won. Congratulations Tim Don. Anyone know if he has a full planned ? I would assume so, since his video diary states his goal of racing in kona this year.

Tim Don has a hell of a fire inside him. It's mind blowing, how he has achieved this.

He has a full planned and I am sure it will be announced. Our athletes share their schedules in advance and update us throughout the year.

Okay this will be fun, Tim MF Don is racing IM Hammburg in a few weeks against Cunnama, Svensson, Aernauts and Skipper among others. Cunnama will be hard to beat after his 2:40 run last year, but I feel Tim is gonna take it home!
Also seems like Tim only needs a podium spot to secure his Kona slot.

Cunnama has also been injured for much of the year after a bike crash hasn't he? Only just getting back to fitness.
