nice bike. you've put a lot of good pieces together.
those extension look very long, perhaps its because of their angle. so you have a similar pic with you on it? i'm curious about the fit.

They were actually even longer and they were cut to make the fit better. I am getting the bike back this afternoon. I will try to get a good pic of me on it and post it.

Any idea what it weighs without the Tri extras/storage? I would be curious if the tubs and ETap get it under 19 lbs.

Iv only gotten a few rides in on the alpha bars, but it’s been great. The way it cleans up all the cables and etap blipbox is awesome

doesnt fit inside, but it can be mounted directly to the cable cover like so:

what is holding the blip box to the cable cover?

doesnt fit inside, but it can be mounted directly to the cable cover like so:
a 3mm (or 4?) hex bolt goes from inside the existing cable cover hole and into the back of the blip box
voila!

Thanks! That is exactly 19 lbs in the picture. Size 54 frame with a 165 mm Rotor 3D+ InPower crank. The comete disc is at least 200 grams heavier than the CXR 80 rear so it should break 19 lbs with the CXR 80 at the back and a lighter set of skewers (I'm using DT Swiss RWS Steel Road Skewer - Aluminum Lever). :)

Bought the frame and fork from a Slowtwitcher, and built up using some parts I already had. Aduro bar (generously donated), tririg brakes, 10 speed DA shifters (mechanical), Zipp 808/Sub 9. Fast on a budget! Thanks to everyone on Slowtwitch as well for the wealth of information on building this up.
