TRiPwire is the way to go. It's made to concentrate and the one that all of my Pro's cannot get enough of (True)

But yes...if you reduce the flavor down to the lowest level on any custom mix, it becomes a concentratable powder (the flavor doesn't get too high). It's nice to be able to compress 1000 calories in a small space and not have it taste like sweet tarts.

That's the issue with some of the "new" drinks like TW. Yes, you can add more powder to pseudo-customize, but the flavor and simple sugars gets too high and the solution is NOT isononic at 300 calories. That "more or less" system is archaic at best.

What flavors are you guys using with the bike formula, the one that has a bit of protein in it?

No love for the canadians?

I've been wanting to try this for a while and this seems like the perfect opportunity to jump in! I've never had a great nutrition plan and always kind of winged it (usually with detriment to my races). With IMTX coming up this year as my first full, I want to get it as dialed in as possible.

I did the questionnaire/ quiz for the custom mix and added it to my cart. However my question is that since I don't really have my nutrition needs dialed in, what would y'all recommend I change for the second mix as kind of a "see which one works better" trial? Just different flavors? Or potentially different blends in the same flavor?

For reference:

- Probably somewhere between Heavy/ Drenched sweater
- No history of cramps during past 3 half distance races
- I have noticed an improvement when I use the "caffeinated" shot blocks over the regular ones
- Not overly picky about flavors? I haven't had anything I've disliked before but I also don't have a broad spectrum of experience
- Always seem to bonk ( likely due to winging the nutrition)
