Lingering shoulder pain -- doctor, PT, or massage therapist?
I took a spill three weeks ago on the bike. It wasn't bad at all and didn't miss any training. However, I have a nagging pain in my left shoulder any time I lift my arm to my side and I haven't been in the pool for 3 weeks. Is it time to consult a doctor, a physical therapist, or a massage therapist?

From the info you provide it sounds mechanical... PT is your best bet.

I would hit up a PT yeah. And if they can't fix it try an osteopath

Having had a few shoulder injuries/lingering pain I would emphasise patience during your recovery, especially w.r.t the exercises your PT gives you. Make sure you do them religiously!
