Hahahahahahaha! Couldn't help myself!

What's funny is, up until last September I was the GM for AA's former contract ground handling vendor at DTW. Forty-four flights a day and working like a dray horse and on call 24/7. And I loved it. The airport gets in your blood. :-)

AA is a funny airline. Very conscious of customer perceptions (they monitor Twitter in real time, for instance) and an absolute bear when it comes to controlling costs. But they do attract their share of weirdo passengers, believe me.

Chloe's story doesn't pass the sniff test. She say the other woman got to switch seats ergo the aisle seat was empty. Chloe could have sat in that seat. Furthermore she was informed "as the plane was descending into de Gualle" So she had to sit next to him for what 15-20 min? Sounds like she is running out of material for her blog.

That is 20 minutes next to an unstable man. They should have found a way to isolate him. What he did was fucked up and second guessing her feelings seems like trying to spread the blame for this.
