From an aero point of view , anyone know the best location to put a timing chip on the front fork? Low as you can go down near the hub? Higher up. All the way up ? Drive side ? Non drive side ?

From a timers point of few they should all be placed as close to the same spot on every bike as possible. This will give the most accurate order of Finish assuming the timing loops are also adjusted accordingly at the finish line
In terms of aerdynamics I'd guess all spots on ththe fork suck. I used to like t place it in a spot that it lays as flat as possible on ththe fork and th wrap it with electrical tape

Under the bottom bracket.
Close to the hub, non drive side behind the fork tucked behind the qr lever.
