2011 Slice
10 speed 105 11-28
1x 46t
Bought the Frame and group for $450. All in all I'm in it less than $1,000 and couldn't be more pleased.

Cockpit looks like a treehouse built on top of a treehouse

So far with about 3 hrs of riding works great.Had Fox 100mm travel the Lauf is 60MM.
The single track i use it on is not to technical, rocky or roots so it flows very well.
It is 2lbs lighter than the Fox for hills and acceleration you feel the benefit.
If I was to go up to western NC, I would put the fox back on.[/img]

My new ride for 2017 with new wheels installed 2 days ago. Now to have the snow, water, dirt and gravel clear from the roads so I can actually ride it outside!

Nice bike!

6'3" so fairly tall I guess? It's all relative though right? I have 3 sons that range from 6'5" to 6'8"!

Thanks!

My Felt IA16 is now 100% upgraded, except for the frame. It is currently mechanical Ultegra until I get to an electronic upgrade. The bike is a lot more aero and about 3 lbs. lighter than the day I bought it. Here are all of the goodies, from front to back...
  • Flo 60/90 Carbon Clincher wheels
  • Tririg Omega X front & rear brakes
  • Tririg Alpha X bars
  • Profile T1+ Carbon extensions
  • Cane Creek headset
  • Shimano 11 speed bar-end shifters
  • Shimano BL-TT78 Brake Levers
  • Cee Gees pads
  • XLab Torpedo on the Alpha X BTA Bracket
  • Shimano Dura Ace cables
  • Garmin Edge 520
  • Cobb 55 Saddle with Cobb rear mount hydration system
  • SRAM Red 22 170mm 52/36 Crankset
  • Powertap P1 pedals
  • Bottom bracket
  • Ultegra FD
  • Ultegra RD

Thanks! No, those are Cee Gees pads. I had them on my prior bars, and I couldn't live without them. I never even bothered to install the OE Alpha X pads.

I have been working on this for a while. 2010 Specialized Nosecone Shiv with modern accouterments. Paint by Hot Tubes. Front Derailleur hole and recess filled and painted, same with rear cable stop. Very clean. Hot Tubes just killed it for me.

Close up of the paint by Hot Tubes. Pictures don't do it justice. Lots of metallic flakes in the gold paint that reflect the sunlight:

Edit: Adding some pictures of the detail of the beautiful transition from matte to gloss on the seat tube

Oh good lord!!! I've always loved the nose cone shiv and yours is just hot! That frame will never age, still looks incredible

Edit-The only thing I'd change would be to black out the graphics on the crank arms, then it'd be perfect

You should finish her off with custom grip tape with gold logo of your choice. Cheap too ! Here is a link and pics of mine as an example.

If your interested , they can do any color and any logo, print you want. I think like $12
