I was swimming in la jolla shores yesterday (pacific ocean) and had some major irritation in my nose. This hasn't happened in a while but a very stinging/burning sensation. I think it has to do with salt water in the nose?

Anyone know what causes this and if there are any tools such as plug or something to help prevent?
