Here is my Felt B12 2015 in size 54.

I changed the wheels to 3T Accelero 40 Pro with Conti GP 4000 II 25 mm. Slammed the stem with a dustcap from "Slam that stem", added a 5 mm spacer unde the stem for security reasons and changed the spacers to carbon 3K. The Torhans VR bottle is used for spares and the bottlecage behind the saddle is ziptied to the ISM PR 2.0 saddle and the clamp that came with the bike. At the front i am using a Profile Design HC bottle. On raceday i will use a XLAB Stealth ocket for my gels and some spares.
i am waiting for the Cee Gees Pads to adjust the padhight. As you can see, i love the spacers between the basebar and the elbowpads and hate spacers under the stem :-D I will try to work out my position correctly over the winter month. At the moment the stem is at the lowest position an the spacer under the elbowpads are at 55mm in the highest possible position. So i will take some spacers out from the pads to adjust the height.

What saddle rail adapter are you using to hold the bottle cage?

I just used the cheap 10 dollar adapter from amazon. It is shaped like a "t" I had to bend it a bit to get it on, but it is sturdy and holds well.

I just bought a 2015 Felt AR5 but cannot in any way, shape, or form get my saddle level with the confounded seatpost clamp. Anyone else had this issue? The notched teeth design will level the rails but of course that then means my saddle is pointed down to a degree significant enough that it bothers me. But then moving it one tooth notch back has its nose up!

I can't for the life of me figure out why on Earth they'd have this design that doesn't allow adjustments small enough to level the seat. I've tried two different seats (Prologo and Specialized Romin) and both of them end up nose down or up too far.

Am I just going to have to shim it with something? Seems ridiculous on what's otherwise an awesome bike.

It actually does allow very minute adjustments.

The way your it works is the inner piece has 36 splines while the outer had 38.

That means every time you want an adjustment, you move the back out side in one direction and the inside the other.

Moving the outside ring 1 notch back and the inside 1 notch forward will move the angle 1/2 a degree.

Hope this helps.

I'm struggling to get the TRP 922 rear brake on my Felt B12 2015 to work correctly. The non drive side has a much to big spring tension, also when the little screw is completely turn out. Tried to replace it with a Shimano br 5810. But it doesn't directly fit into the holes on the frame. The holes in the frame are bigger than the screws on the brake. Is the TRP 922 the only brake to fit on the B12 2015? Any advices about how to fit the Br 5810?

Here's my 2015 Felt IA4. I've customized the bike with SRAM Red 22 groupset and FLO 90 wheelset. The bottle and Garmin mount is the BTA Mount 1.2 which can be found at Trisports.com.

Just under 18 lbs.

Two wheels good. Four wheels bad.

It's not much, but it gets the job done nicely. (I know the cables and steerer tube need cutting!)

Nice bikes, but I'm interested in the rack!
How are you supporting the top of the bikes? Got a closer picture?

Ai-1

The bikes are supported by a pedal wall mount that I found on Ebay (link posted). I used a 1x6 to support the mount by the wall studs and a 1x2 for the wheels to rest on (2x2 for the mountain bike) and then painted to match the wall. I'll admit it's a bit tricky mounting and dismounting the bikes at first, but is definitely much cleaner looking.

Thanks, nice solution. I could see they were resting on a rail, just couldn't tell what was restraining them. Tidy!
I wonder how well that would work with Speedplay pedals...

My Felt F1 PR I picked up off eBay. Harsh winter conditions in Oceanside last weekend called for a post-ride snack ;)

What BTA hydration setup is everyone using on their IA?

I am looking to change mine up since it seems fairly bulky and big. I am currently using a Xlab Torpedo in the TriSport BTA 1.1 mount.

Any thoughts on the Torhons or Profile stuff?

Thanks,

Andrew

I use the Zipp Vuka Alumina BTA w/ Quickview. Yes I am a Zipp rider, but it's the best package out there for BTA & Garmin mounts. I prefer using regular bottles over any aero hydration solutions for a number of reasons. They don't splash you over bumpy or rough roads, and a good bottle doesn't leak. They are much more easy to replace on the race course rather than trying to squeeze fluid into an aero bottle in a finite amount of time before the discard zone ends. And, the Zipp setup actually fits on my 51cm IA frame. I tried Torhans aero bottles, and it just doesn't work with the headtube length (it hit the wheels), and I can't use them with my Vuka Evo 110 extensions as the rise is so aggressive. The small size Torhans bottle worked, but the capacity was too little. The Zipp setup runs with the bottle backwards, so if you have extensions like mine, it makes for easy removal and stowage of the bottle.
