I thought I had everything I needed around early December. Turns out not:
Second pair of Newtons
Two pairs of bike shoes
Another pair of Keywins (final step in a complete shift to them across my bikes)
Three compression tops
Running leggings
Second hand Huub wetsuit.

45Nrth Studded Dillinger tires for my fat bike so I can continue riding outside in the snow and ice. Now it's even tougher to go fast, but at least I'm staying upright.

The wife got me a new Garmin Fenix 3, and a Easton EC90 aero bar for my road bike. Really liking the Fenix 3 so far, haven't got the new handlebar on yet.

Kickr and P1''S
Unrelated but as a coincidence, I get my 4th b'day present Tuesday - 20 months since ordering. A saffron frameworks sram cx and Chris king throughout black on black - in fact the whole thing is black - custom cx / gravel / do it all bike. Got photo of it Xmas eve and it looks like the absolute dogs b*locks. (And as much as some people are not fans it is front and rear hydraulic discs and front and rear thru axles)

My GF must be tired of waiting after me at races so she got me 2 things to make me faster:
Zipp disc wheel (I take it as a return on ''engagement ring investment'').
Espresso maker.

Well, not that I do much in the way of triathlon anymore other than to daydream about competing in one again, but my parents insisted on paying for the squat rack I plan on purchasing.
Glad to see you are still in the game, Kev.

It arrived about a week before and I had a couple of rides on it but put it under the tree anyways from Santa, and that was my Ventum One.
Also Roka Sim shorts and Roka Viper Pro.

Read an article about the Swim IT this fall. Showed it to my spouse at the beginning of Dec knowing that it would end up as a Christmas present. She's all about anything water safety related. Now I have to wait until May, or a winter FL vacation, to try it. I think it would be semi-dorky to test it (I mean actually deploy it) in a pool.
My wife bought me a White Industries T11 rear hub and the accompanying wheel rebuild.
