The regular vr bottle would have sit closer to the frame. I only could get my hands on the one you have but the space on top of the bottle annoyed me like crazy, made something out of plastic and taped it on there. Wasn't a big fan drinking from that bottle though.

I have this exact bike and I have been waiting for someone to post it with race wheels on it. Now I know how mine will look once I eventually get them.

Here is my Felt DA after I got the new flat stem last week. I have a problem though. The new stem didn't come with frame attachment screws so I used the existing ones from original Bayonet3 top crown. They seem to be too long for the flat stem. After I have tighten them fully I can lift the stem off the frame few centimeters. Do I have to get shorter screws for it and if yes, what are the specifications for the screws?

Me caught at 30km in a recent HIM, first race on the bike.
2013 B12 with:
* PlanetX CT45 wheels with Powertap hub (built by myself and still rounder/straighter than the stock wheels)
* Torhans bottle with added stripe of white tape to match the frame color
* Speedfil Z4 BTA bottle and Tacx saddle cage mount with regular bottle cage

Getting ready for another Ironman.

Was tired of how poorly the VR bottle fit my frame, so I 3D printed by own little spare carrier. Made it as small and simple as possible.

Here it is unpacked (I also stuffed two allen keys in there for good measure) :

I tried to hold my XLAB Stealthpocket in place with adhesive backed velcro on my roadbike. But i came off during hot conditions. Problably because of the soft material. I might try a different velcro and a hard shell bento box like Torhans. Thanks!

I would like to change the change the "compression cap" (hope that is the right word) of my B12 2015, because i dont need the brake cable hanger anymore. Which headset do i need do buy? Is IS42/28,6 the way to go? Also want to have a lower cap. Everything under 10 mm would be great.
