I seem to be able to eat sensibly during the day and have good training sessions but after 7 pm at night my cravings tend to get worse and I am tempted to eat the crap in our pantry that the rest of my family eats. I tend to crave carbs and sweets in the evening and I'm looking for ideas that others eat to control hunger that don't ruin the days worth of eating and training. Thanks

This may sound dumb, but carbonated water--La Croix, to be specific. My wife started buying this for herself as an alternative to soda and I've found that it is sort of like a "treat" but without the calories.

Cereal, usually a chocolate variety with chocolate milk. Two oreos with a small glass of chocolate milk. Ice cream too, but only once maybe twice a week. I work out to eat;)

Homemade chocolate granola with either lowfat plain yogurt or 1% milk, usually satisfies my junk craving while being reasonable healthy.
Try banana chips with hot tea. Really good!
