This one's going to sound incredibly odd, but wear pantyhose under your wetsuit to get it on/off faster. Learned this one by being a diver, it REALLY speeds things up if the wetsuit is tight, and really isn't that hard to take off when you're taking the wetsuit off (cut the feet off).

Wow, I have never heard that before. Definitely sounds like an interesting idea.
