I want to use the nice zipp extenders that you take off the presta core in the tube and put on the extender... which tubes have a removal core and is good?

I've been using the specialized tubes but the cores cant be removed.

Q-tubes have them and I believe Bontrager do too. I just ordered a ton of the Q-tubes off Amazon and have been using them.

That I've seen:

Removable:
Q-tubes (QBP house brand)
Continental
Schwalbe
Vittoria latex - not sure about their butyl
Most Bontrager
Zipp

Non-removable:
Kenda
Michelin
Specialized

I have had some Kenda R/V removable valve core tubes. Didn't even mean to order them, but got them.

Interesting. All of the Kenda-branded stuff I've seen has been fixed-core. They manufacture for a lot of other brands and definitely make removable cores - I just never see it with their name on it.
