IRONMAN HELP!
Hi everyone! Hope your training is doing well! I would like to know if anyone can recommend a good training plan or book for ironman training.. I've done 3 70.3's in the last year and am on track for imaz in November. Any advice would be appreciated. Looking for a not do technical book. Looking to finish in 1 piece. Thx!

Matt Fitzgerald has a book of plans for all distances, all levels, 40 in all, and $14.

No coasting in running and no crying in baseball

I used this book for my first couple of IM distance events and found it adaptable and helpful : http://www.amazon.com/...=26+weeks+to+ironman
(Sorry, my iPad wont let me make it a hyperlink but copy and paste address into your browser).

I always use this one: http://www.amazon.com/dp/1931382921
Not sure what your situation is but as a working mom with limited time this really has been the best book for me because there are so many options since it's all about time on your feet. I've got my 3rd IM in July :)
GOOD LUCK!

I am using the Be Ironfit by Don Fink Book the just finish upright plan. Haven't done the race yet but so far no training injuries to report.

IMAZ is my first as well. I have been using: http://www.amazon.com/...=26+weeks+to+ironman

I obviously can't speak to the success of it yet, but I am very happy so far. I like that the level of detail isn't too technical, but it is a little more than just "swim 90 minutes".
