That's probably what it is. Sounds like he's one of these "look at me" types that tends to irritate everybody. If it was anybody else in the running group would it matter as much?

But then there is the positive side - at least he's keeping his bottoms on. :-)

Ha - there is that silver lining...but the bottoms are so tight they have no choice but to stay on...and that's a fashion choice to discuss on another thread...!
