Physically Strong 2K OWS #2

Great fun. We had 31 at our first one in June. Expecting around 45-50 for the next one.

This can also be a warmup to the Physically Strong Triathlon the following morning. Sprint distance off road for adults and a short course for ages 13 and under.

This is all at the Boy Scouts Camp Rota-Kiwan immediately south of Kalamazoo Valley Community College on the west side of Kalamazoo.
