I typically eat the same thing every day, but lately I've been running low on my energy so I added a second breakfast.

Breakfast #1 (at 7:00-7:30 after first workout of the day):
Bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats
1 cup Light Soy Milk

Breakfast sandwich consisting of:
2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 eggs
2 slices of turkey bacon
sliced tomato, onion, avocado
hot sauce

Breakfast #2 (at 9:30 at work):
Breakfast burrito consisting of:
Rice and beans
2 eggs

1 banana

That usually gets me to lunch around 12:30 or so.

Leftover stale cake with extra frosting and washed down with a double espresso.

anal on bacon by using turkey when I bet there is soybean/canola/cotton seed oil in your bread or tortilla
